Production Requirements - Ads should be submitted as high
resolution PDF files via e-mail to materials@foocus.com.
Ads that must, for whatever reason, be mailed on CD should be
mailed to: FOCUS Publications, Inc. 22 South Parsonage Street,
Rhinebeck, NY 12572. FOCUS accepts three file formats; high-resolution
Adobe PDF files (preferred), Quark documents with images and
fonts (all fonts must be Postscript fonts), and as 300 dpi TIFF
files. Publisher is not responsible for color fidelity where
match prints were not supplied.
Electronic Standards - The Publisher claims no responsibility
for printed errors on ads submitted without ad composite for
comparison.
All colors must be CMYK. All Pantone colors must be converted
to CMYK in the application file prior to creation of the pdf.
Color images and graphics must be 300 dpi.
Labeling Requirements - Ad submissions/artwork whether
e-mailed or sent on disk, must include: Company name, contact
person, contact phone number, contact e-mail address and a
notation as to what particular issue of FOCUS the ad is scheduled
to appear in.
